Moralt traces its roots back to 1900, when August Moralt founded the company as a timber processing business in Bad Tölz, Bavaria. Over more than 125 years, continuous technical innovation has shaped its development into an internationally recognised specialist for performance door blanks and functional timber door systems. Today, Moralt AG supports door manufacturers, fabricators and stockists with engineered products, certified system solutions and manufacturing expertise for international markets.

Moralt door blanks for interior and exterior applications meet the requirements of today's high-performance door systems. Depending on the application, they combine fire resistance, smoke control, acoustic performance, burglary resistance, flood protection, thermal insulation and Passivhaus certification. This enables manufacturers to create everything from standard entrance doors to architecturally sophisticated designs, without compromising on certified performance. While the processor retains complete design freedom, Moralt provides the tested and certified system technology, validated by internationally recognised testing and certification bodies.

FERRO Door Kit

The FERRO Door Kit provides a complete and solution for manufacturing high-quality timber entrance doors with certified performance. The system consists of a custom-made, fully CNC-machined door leaf, a three-piece laminated timber frame, and all essential hardware and accessory components. This enables manufacturers to produce premium entrance doors efficiently, even without extensive woodworking machinery.
