SMS, using BASF technologies, has developed Polylevel, a spray-applied insulation system for flat roofs and podiums. Polylevel offers better thermal efficiency at vastly reduced thickness compared to traditional flat roof insulation board. It does this by eliminating cold bridging. It is seamless and fully bonded, reducing the risk of water penetration, which can harm insulation performance, it can also level roofs to minimise pooling water. Key benefits include:
