TMJ is a family business established in Bildeston, Suffolk, in 1981, deeply committed to our Core Values. Our succession plan is built around our "Grow Your Own" philosophy, with many team members starting as apprentices. Our Board of Directors, supported by our NED, collectively brings over 140 years of service and industry expertise.

With over 200 employees across our Suffolk HQ and London office, many of whom have shown decades of loyalty to TMJ, we pride ourselves on our dedicated workforce.

We have enjoyed over a decade of consistent and sustainable growth in turnover. Our supply chain partners are integral to our team, undergoing annual audits and playing a crucial role in our success. As the lead coordinator, we ensure collaboration with other trades is focused and prioritised to mitigate risks in our programmes.
