The Ergonomics Hub from Herman Miller offers you free online ergonomics training that can be completed at your own pace, any time, any place. The first module available is an ‘Introduction to Ergonomics’, which includes information on how to set up a workstation correctly, providing a step-by-step guide on how to adjust the desk, chair and computer screen, in line with current UK legislation.
