With Building Ministers confirming the NCC 2022 as proposed we will see a significant turning point in the energy efficiency improvements of our built homes going forward. 1st October 2022 has seen the full release of the NCC 2022, however Stage 1 (excluding Energy Efficiency, Condensation and Livable Housing sections) will be adopted from the 1st of May 2023 and Stage 2 with the three delayed sections adopted from the 1st of October 2023.
